MAKEUP POLICY

-For Eseniya’s classes-

  • Makeups can be done in any of her classes, or any of our regular TBB classes

  • Making up with other choreography - she may choose to revise past weeks or not, this will be at her discretion

  • Please check the regulations below for more details

-For TBB classes-

  • Strictly no makeups in Eseniya’s classes

  • Choreography classes can make up with any other choreography class, flex, or tricks classes. Revision will be at the discretion of the instructor.

  • Tricks classes can makeup with other flex or tricks classes ONLY

  • Flex and off-peak classes can makeup with flex classes ONLY

-For all classes-

  • Scan the QR code from your teacher or on the studio door to register your makeup class, please present the confirmation screen to your instructor

  • Class swapping does not guarantee a makeup spot, poles are available on a first-come-first-served basis

  • Pole availability will be assigned in the order of:
    1. Registered students
    2. Drop-ins
    3. Makeups

  • Students doing makeup may be required to share a pole (maximum of 2 to a pole)

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Strictly no cash refunds on Eseniya’s classes. Credits will be issued in event of any class cancellations. Minimum 4 pax is required to open a class.

  • For all other classes: credit refunds may be issued in event of injury or unforeseen circumstances. Credits will be issued in event of class cancellation, minimum 3 pax is required to open a class.

  • Cash refund requests will be reviewed

CLASS DESCRIPTION & PREREQUISITES

  • Exo: Slinky & Sexy
    For the old school lovers, this is exo Eseniya’s take on slinky and sexy

    Exo: Street Style
    For the urban style lovers, a little bit more hip hop and grunge

    Exo: Flow (Int & Adv)
    Focus on transitions and movement, Int and Adv levels available

    Exo: Hard Style (Int & Adv)
    Something more heart-pumping and fast, focus on dynamic movements and tricks. Int and Adv levels available

    Prerequisites:
    Int level: Comfortable with executing an Exo Basic routine

    Adv level: Comfortable with executing an Exo Open routine

  • Basic 1
    Pre-requisite: For absolute newbies!
    You will learn foundational pole tricks and a short choreography

    Basic 2
    Pre-requisite: Passed Basic 1
    You will start learning how to invert and will learn a short choreography

  • Inverts, Inverts, Inverts
    Work on getting your inverts whether you have just finished Basic 1 or trying to level up to Intermediate. Tricks-only, there is no choreography.
    Prerequisite: Completed one term of Basic 1

    Tricks (Open)
    From Beginners to advance and everything in-between. This class is for anyone who has specific tricks and combos they want to work on. Open for drop-ins and makeups.

  • Chair Open
    Pre-requisite: For absolute newbies!
    You will learn a fun chair choreography that will bring out your sexy side.

  • For Pole Art and Classique choreography classes

    Pre-requisite: Confident in aerial chopper, leg hangs, handstand from ankle grab

  • For Pole Art and Classique choreography classes

    Pre-requisite: Confident in brass monkey, shoulder mount, static v, leg hang climbs AND passed Intermediate

  • Exo Basic
    Pre-requisite: Completed at least one term of Pole Basic


    All Exo classes require knee pads and boots or sandals, unless otherwise stated.

  • Pre-requisite: For all levels, even absolute beginners

    We have some yoga mats available but please feel free to bring your own.
