
PURE SPLITS / PURE BACKBENDS
This is a multi-level flexibility course. If you don’t have flat splits, we’ll give you blocks to hold while you support your weight. If you have flat splits, we’ll push those splits even further by adding blocks to deepen your splits! Our flex courses are a mixed discipline of yoga, gymnastics, ballet and contortion-style stretching. Expect dynamic conditioning and stretching techniques to help you to achieve better splits, back flexibility, and overall whole body treatment.
Dress code: Come dressed in leggings and a tank top that covers the torso (socks are optional but encouraged) and bring your own mat. For comfort and hygiene purposes, all participants is advised to adhere to the dress code.
This is an 8-week course. 1 lesson per week.
There is no dance choreography in this class.

A pole conditioning course to take your pole journey to the next level! Work on strengthening crucial pole muscles to improve control in your tricks and prevent muscular imbalance. If you're looking for an extra push to get some pole gains or just want to improve your endurance, look no further!
