STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY

Our 8-week techniques course consists of 8 classes. 1 class per week. It is great for those who wish to work improve their flexibility and strength, there is no dance choreography in these classes.

Come dressed in leggings and a tank top that covers the torso. These are non air-conditioned classes that involves partner work and stretching. For comfort and hygiene purposes, all participants is advised to adhere to the dress code.


SPLITS & BACKBENDS

This deep stretch class is particularly useful for those who want to become more flexible, stronger, and enhance overall range of motion. Expect contortion-style stretching, partner stretching, and dynamic stretching techniques to help you to get better splits, back flexibility, and whole body treatment.

SPLITS & BACKBENDS (ADVANCED)

Push your flexibility to its fullest potential. We'll work on your over split and much more!

Pre-requisites: Flat front split (any leg) / Hands to touch the floor while standing (legs must be straight) / Comfortable with back bridge

DYNAMIC CONDITIONING

A fun & challenging conditioning class focusing on a variety of movements to increase stamina and strength. 

Pre-requisites: Open to all levels
