This is a multi-level flexibility course. If you don’t have flat splits, we’ll give you blocks to hold while you support your weight. If you have flat splits, we’ll push those splits even further by adding blocks to deepen your splits! Our flex courses are a mixed discipline of yoga, gymnastics, ballet and contortion-style stretching. Expect partner stretching, and dynamic conditioning and stretching techniques to help you to achieve better splits, back flexibility, and overall whole body treatment.
Dress code: Come dressed in leggings and a tank top that covers the torso (socks are optional but encouraged). Depending on the studios, these are non air-conditioned classes that involves partner work and stretching. For comfort and hygiene purposes, all participants is advised to adhere to the dress code.
This is an 8-week course. 1 lesson per week.
There is no dance choreography in this class.
